Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method and timing at checkout. If you have products that require refrigeration/ice packs/cold packs and are not shelf stable products, YOU HAVE TO SELECT 1 DAY SHIPPING. GROUND SHIPPING CAN TAKE UP TO 3-5 DAYS: WE WILL NOT BE HOLD RESPONSIBILE IF YOU DO NOT SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING or TIMING. 
We are not liable for delays, losses, or issues once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
