Refund policy

 

    • Adulterated or Unfit Products:
      If your product arrives adulterated or unfit for consumption, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:

      1. You contact us directly via email at clarionlocker@gmail.com or call us directly at 515-532-2350 within 2 days of delivery.

      2. You provide clear images of the adulterated product.

      3. We will send you a return shipping label, and the product must be returned to us.

      4. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected and tested. If it is deemed unedible, a full refund will be issued.

    • Undelivered Orders:
      If you do not receive your order within 14 days of placing it:

      • If the delay is due to our negligence or we are unable to fulfill your order within that time, a full refund will be issued.

      • If the delay is due to a shipping issue with the carrier, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

    • Shipping Responsibility:
      Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method and timing at checkout.
      We are not liable for delays, losses, or issues once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
